Cautions
- Do not exceed 100 mg/day without medical guidance
Ginger (Zingiber officinale)

Form: standardized ginger extract/capsules
Dose: 1–1.5 g/day in divided doses
Divide into 3–4 doses
Up to several weeks as needed
Why: Multiple RCT meta-analyses show ginger reduces NVP vs placebo.
Cautions
- May cause reflux
- Caution with anticoagulants at higher doses

Dose: 12.5 mg 1–3×/day or per local guidance
Often at bedtime ± morning/afternoon if needed
